Project Manager

The Role
We’re seeking a Project Manager to ensure the successful execution of key initiatives across Wealth Access, including software development projects, client programs, and enterprise implementations. This role is responsible for driving alignment, managing timelines, and ensuring that projects meet their goals, stay within budget, and adhere to timelines.
You’ll oversee the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) processes, manage release planning, and coordinate resources across Product, Engineering, Client Success, and Implementations. This is a high-visibility role that requires strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
What You’ll Do
- Project Leadership: Own overall project success, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategies.
- SDLC & PDLC Oversight: Ensure disciplined execution of software and product development lifecycles.
- Release Scope Definition: Collaborate with Product to define release scope based on business needs and market opportunities.
- Release Management: Develop and manage release schedules, identify dependencies, and mitigate risks.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently and address constraints to keep projects on track.
- Client Programs: Coordinate cross-functional initiatives that impact multiple clients, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Implementation Oversight: Partner with Walter’s team to ensure client implementations are executed effectively.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, proactive updates on progress, risks, and changes to leadership and teams.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI for project tracking, risk prediction, and workflow automation.
Who You Are
- Experienced in managing enterprise SaaS projects, including software development and client-facing programs.
- Skilled in release planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Familiar with SDLC, PDLC, and agile methodologies.
- Strong communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable using project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar).
- Practical understanding of AI tools to improve project tracking, reporting, and risk analysis.
- Based in the Nashville metropolitan area and committed to an on-site presence.
Preferred Qualification
- Experience leveraging AI-driven tools for project risk analysis, release planning, or workflow automation.
