The Role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market success and lead major initiatives, including the launch of our new platform. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Client Success, Sales, and Marketing to ensure our products are positioned effectively, resonate with target audiences, and contribute to business objectives. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience who enjoys working tactically, executing strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally to support product launches, customer education, and ongoing market analysis.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct market research to understand audience needs, industry trends, and competitor positioning.
  • Develop and refine product positioning and messaging for multiple personas and segments.
  • Create and execute go-to-market plans for product launches.
  • Build sales enablement materials, presentations, and competitive intelligence resources.
  • Develop educational content and onboarding resources to drive adoption.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and messaging.
  • Track and analyze marketing initiatives to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and product initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI for content creation, competitive analysis, and campaign optimization.

Who You Are

  • A self-starter with experience in B2B SaaS or FinTech product marketing.
  • Skilled in messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to create compelling content for multiple audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
  • Practical understanding of AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and insights.
  • Based in the Nashville metropolitan area and committed to an on-site presence.
Preferred Qualification:
  • Experience using AI-driven tools for competitive analysis, content generation, or campaign optimization.
