The Role

We’re seeking a Senior UX/UI Engineer to lead front-end development and drive user experience innovation across our product suite. You’ll combine deep technical expertise with a strong eye for design to deliver elegant, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.

This role also includes introducing and scaling AI-driven tooling into our design and development workflows—leveraging automation, personalization, and intelligent UX to create next-generation financial experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement scalable, reusable UI components and frameworks

  • Translate product requirements into intuitive, user-centered interfaces

  • Incorporate AI-powered tooling to accelerate workflows, enhance accessibility, and personalize experiences

  • Ensure performance, responsiveness, and accessibility across web applications

  • Partner with back-end engineers to integrate APIs and deliver data-rich applications

  • Establish and champion best practices for UI development, code quality, and testing

  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership

  • Contribute to architectural decisions and product strategy

Who You Are

  • 7–10 years of front-end or full-stack development experience with a strong UX/UI focus

  • Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Material-UI (MUI)

  • Proven experience building responsive, cross-browser, and mobile-first applications

  • Deep understanding of design systems, accessibility (WCAG), and usability best practices

  • Familiarity with AI tooling for development/design workflows (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Figma AI, generative libraries)

  • Strong background with Git and agile methodologies

  • Experience mentoring engineers and guiding technical decisions

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with TypeScript and testing frameworks

  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Sketch

  • Background in fintech or building data-heavy applications
